MbchbDr Dhavina Naidoo is a Medical Doctor working in the field of Psychiatry and completing her specialization in Sports and Exercise Medicine at the University of Pretoria. She grew up in Durban, KZN and studied her undergraduate at Walter Sisulu University in the Eastern Cape. She is a sports fanatic coming from a family of accomplished sports men and women. She enjoys playing hockey and is passionate about mental health. She is a firm believer that exercise is medicine.
